The role requires detail-orientation, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Forklift operation and a valid license help, with opportunities in a growing ESOP environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities for customer and team interaction.
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery and warehouse deadlines.
• Good time-management and reliable, accountable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, pull, stage, and transport materials for transfers and deliveries.
• Fulfill transfer orders between branches with proper documentation.
• Load, secure, and unload materials for delivery in a safe, efficient manner.
• Verify packing slips and delivery paperwork for accuracy.
• Process returned materials per company policy and maintain records.
• Stock, organize, and maintain inventory in designated locations.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits for accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as certified or required.
• Work independently and with the team to meet schedules and safety standards.
