• Familiarity with inventory management concepts and basic data reporting.
• Comfort using software tools to track orders, stock levels, and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure work orders are completed on time and accurately.
• Address customer complaints promptly, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee loading/unloading of orders for vendors and customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use routing software to dispatch trucks and ensure on-time deliveries to customer worksites.
• Monitor stock levels and report to Branch Manager to prevent duplicate orders and optimize inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory activities including cycle counts and handling damaged stock.
