Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Assistant Dispatcher to work with the Dispatcher/Operations Manager to coordinate ordering and delivery of materials to customers in daily operations.

You will help maintain warehousing, distribution, and service quality while following safety and compliance policies. The role requires at least 2 years of dispatching experience and a GED, with some college preferred, in a fast-paced building materials environment.

Qualifications

• GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of dispatching experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct ordering and delivery of materials to customers.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations per policies and procedures.
• Schedule and assign delivery staff; monitor work results and follow up as needed.
• Ensure service quality and positive feedback from customers; meet safety standards.
