Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to direct and coordinate the ordering and delivery of materials to customers, while promoting corporate policies and managing distribution operations.

This role involves overseeing delivery, warehouse and facilities activities in a fast-paced environment. You will process orders, assist customers with will calls, and supervise staff to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating delivery schedules and warehouse activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the ordering and delivery of materials to customers.
• Direct all activities concerning delivery, warehouse and facilities.
• Process sales orders and prepare appropriate reports supporting order processing.
• Assist customers with will-call orders and credit memos as needed.
• Supervise stocking crews, conduct performance reviews and train employees.
• Schedule and dispatch crews to maximize time efficiency and monitor labor costs.
• Ensure trucks are clean and that safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain front counter, office/dispatch area, restroom and yard/warehouse cleanliness.
• Complete new hire paperwork and training in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and company policies.
