Job summary

Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Driver in Sioux City, IA. The role runs Tues–Fri, 9:00am–7:30pm, and involves pulling parts, loading/unloading, and on-time deliveries with strong customer service.

You will handle order accuracy, operate CDK software for paperwork, and support the Parts department. A valid license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in warehouse/delivery driver preferred.
• Proficiency with computers including Excel/Office and CDK software.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
• Load and unload trucks and meet delivery deadlines.
• Deliver orders with exceptional customer service within a 150-mile radius.
• Use CDK to generate pick sheets, invoices and inventory reports.
• Answer phones and assist at parts counter when needed.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse / Deliver Driver position is primarily responsible for pulling parts orders, loading and unloading trucks, meeting delivery deadlines and delivering orders with exceptional customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.


• Ensuring items pulled for orders as well as product received matches purchase orders and packing slips.


• Picks up and delivers parts as required for the service and repair of trailers to customer.


• Knowledge of the area up to a 150-mile radius


• Utilizes CDK software in generating pick sheets, invoices, and inventory reports.


• Handle all products according to customer and employer procedures.


• Answer phones and assists customers and technicians at the Parts counter when necessary


• Other duties and tasks as required by supervisor

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push or carry up to 100-pound objects with assistance
