Job summary

M&K Truck Centers in Waukee, IA is seeking a Parts Driver to deliver and pick up Medium and Heavy Duty truck parts.

You will pull and pack orders on your route, inspect vehicles, and safely operate a propane forklift while supporting satellite stores and wholesale accounts. Competitive pay, ESOP benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to sit for long periods, bend, climb, crouch to load and unload trucks.
• Ability to lift and carry more than 75 pounds.
• Operation propane powered forklift. Performs related duties as assigned by supervisions

• Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and reports any discrepancies indicating truck condition to supervisor.
• Maneuvers pickup with medium duty trucks in and around tight corners, through manufacturing areas and around high pedestrian traffic.
• Operation propane powered forklift.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Ability to regularly drive a company vehicle; which is considered as a safety sensitive function with M&K.

Parts Driver

Salary Range: $18.00 To $23.00 Hourly
