Job summary

Mid-States Utility Trailer Sales, Inc. in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Warehouse / Delivery Driver to pull parts orders, load and unload trucks, meet delivery deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service. The role requires a valid driver's license, 1–2 years of warehouse/delivery experience, and proficiency with Excel.

You will use CDK software to generate pick sheets and invoices, and support the Parts counter. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience Warehouse / Delivery Driver or equivalent experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
• Ensure items pulled and received match purchase orders and packing slips.
• Pick up and deliver parts as required for service and repair of trailers to customers.
• Knowledge of the area up to a 150-mile radius.
• Utilize CDK software in generating pick sheets, invoices, and inventory reports.
• Handle all products according to customer and employer procedures.
• Answer phones and assist customers and technicians at the Parts counter when necessary.
• Other duties and tasks as required by supervisor.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse / Deliver Driver position is primarily responsible for pulling parts orders, loading and unloading trucks, meeting delivery deadlines and delivering orders with exceptional customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
