Rexel USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver for our Redmond, OR location. The role combines warehouse operations with driver duties, including receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, and occasional delivery to customers and branch locations.

The position emphasizes safe handling of materials, accuracy in order fulfillment, and adherence to DOT and safety regulations. No CDL is required, and the role may involve up to 50% driving time.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety first and maintain a safe work environment
• Receive material from vendors/customers and verify against packing lists
• Stock, stage, and prepare branch orders for shipment
• Handle shipping paperwork and ensure correct documentation
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment as required
• Load/unload vehicles and assist in deliveries up to 50% of time
• Maintain vehicle and equipment with daily inspections, report maintenance needs
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Follow DOT, local and state driving laws and routes
