Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver for our Redmond, OR location. The role includes accurate order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and shipping, with an essential driving component up to half the time. No CDL is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Report check and annual review.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 30 days of hire.
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship material per safety and productivity standards.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Load and unload vehicles; prepare orders for delivery to customers and branches.
• Document shipments and ensure correct customer instructions are followed.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain equipment.
• May train and mentor entry-level Truck Drivers and support branch staff.
• May assist with counter sales or customer support as needed.
