Job summary

Fissco Supply in Tyler, TX seeks a reliable Warehouse/Driver team member to efficiently receive, store, and distribute goods. The role combines warehouse operations with driving responsibilities, requiring accurate inventory management and safe vehicle operation to customers or facilities.

Responsibilities include processing transfers, picking, staging will-call orders, and handling returns while maintaining safety and showroom inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record to operate company delivery trucks.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment, such as a forklift and pallet jacks.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in a team environment.
• Proven ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process and receive incoming product from branch transfers to fulfill customer orders or replenish stock.
• Ability to pick and stage will-call orders to meet customer expectations.
• Accurately pick, prepare, and process outgoing shipping orders to meet shipping cutoff times.
• Process and handle customer returns per company guidelines and reference original documentation.
