Job summary

Baker Distributing Company is seeking a reliable HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate in Arlington, TX. You will safely deliver HVAC products to customers and support warehouse operations, ensuring accurate invoicing and on-time deliveries.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. CDL is a plus, DOT certification required, and a strong focus on reliability and professionalism is expected.

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
DOT medical certificate required prior to employment; ability to meet DOT physical standards.
CDL licenses are desirable.

Responsibilities

Represent Baker Distributing Company as a leader in the industry.
Daily loading and unloading of products in truck for delivery to customers and/or other Sales Centers.
Collect invoices with proper signatures and return to the Sales Center Manager.
Assist in the Warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
Maintain daily truck maintenance checklist and report in/out times with merchandise returns.
Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Operate truck and warehouse equipment safely; keep workspace clean and organized.
Perform other duties as assigned.
