Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join our team. This dual-role position involves managing warehouse operations and delivering heavy-duty diesel truck parts to customers in Sioux City and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, and holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our clients in the trucking industry.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of diesel truck parts.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Organize and clean the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

Delivery Driver Duties:

• Safely operates company delivery vehicles (vans or light trucks) to deliver parts to customers.
• Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Verify orders with customers upon delivery and obtain signatures for proof of receipt.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or delivery issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs.) regularly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Sioux City area is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• An ability to climb ladders and operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts with training).
