Responsibilities

• Receive and place inventory into stock
• Pick and pack orders for delivery
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery and/or pickup to specified locations
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and inventory control
• Become familiar with delivery routes and customer preferences
• Perform additional warehouse duties as called upon, including materials handling, shipping and receiving, and picking and packing

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Six months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current medical certification card or ability to obtain and maintain a medical certification card

Pay

The expected rate of pay for this position is $15.74 to $21.00 per hour.

Physical Demands

• Often standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping; occasional sitting, talking, or hearing
• Lifting and carrying: continuous 1–20 lbs.; frequent 21–50 lbs.; occasional 51–100 lbs.; buddy‑lift or mechanical device advised

Vision Requirements

• Close vision (clear at 20 inches or less)
• Distance vision (clear at 20 feet or more)
• Peripheral vision (observe area left and right while eyes are fixed)
• Depth perception (judge distances and spatial relationships)
