Platt Electric Supply in Jackson, WY is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver I to join our team. The role combines warehouse tasks with an essential driving component, delivering products to customers and company locations in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required).

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping materials, along with basic vehicle maintenance and DOT compliance where applicable.

Qualifications

• No experience required; warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
• DOT/driver regulations knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, and ship materials per SOPs.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment as needed.
• Load/unload goods and prepare branch orders for delivery.
• Deliver to customers and company locations up to 50% of time.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicle and paperwork for deliveries.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse area and safety compliance.
• Mentor entry level truck drivers and assist in training.
