Job summary

Rexel USA in Monroe, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver I to join the Platt team. The role combines warehouse duties with a delivery component, up to 50% of time driving a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required).

You will fill orders, stock, and ship materials while maintaining safety and accuracy. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, inventorying, and preparing shipments, operating equipment, and supporting branch operations.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training available.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license; minimum age 21.
• Motor Vehicle Record pre-employment check.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship material per SOPs.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment when required.
• Load vehicles and prepare shipments with proper documentation.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance needs.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Deliver to customers and company locations up to 50% of time (no CDL required).
• Maintain branch warehouse environment and safety compliance.
• Assist in training entry level drivers and provide mentorship.
