Rexel USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver I for the Platt team in Tacoma, WA. The role mixes warehouse duties with essential delivery responsibilities, operating without a CDL and supporting branch operations.

Shift is 4:30AM-1:30PM, with frequent stocking, shipping, and safety compliance tasks. You will handle orders, drive to customer sites, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• No experience required; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Medical certificate verification as required by law within 30 days of hire.
• High School or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently; receive, stock, stage, and ship materials.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine as needed.
• Deliver products to customers and company locations with a delivery vehicle (no CDL required).
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Prepare orders for delivery and ensure proper documentation and signatures.
• Assist in training entry level drivers and support branch operations as needed.
• Follow DOT and local/state driving laws and safety procedures.
