Job summary

Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY, is hiring a warehouse associate in Grand Rapids, MI. This is a physically demanding role requiring heavy lifting and the ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment. You will unload and inspect incoming product (50–75 lb), pull and load for customers, and provide deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license
• Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement
• Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a MVR that must meet Amarr driver standards
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines
• Demonstrated history of steady employment

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect incoming product (50-75lb)
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers
• Provide deliveries in a 26’ box truck as needed
• Assist with inventory and damage control
