Job summary

American Tire Distributors Inc. is seeking a Warehouse I for our Rural Hall, NC facility. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour.

You will prioritize and pick products for orders, operate forklifts and other equipment, and help maintain inventory accuracy while supporting daily warehouse closing procedures. Your responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, data entry with handheld devices, reporting damaged or outdated stock, and organizing stock by product line.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; 0-1 year related experience preferred.
• Basic warehouse skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist in loading and unloading.
• Data entry of product numbers using handheld devices.
• Compile and submit reports on damaged or outdated stock.
• Load/unload delivery trucks; handle items up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock by product line.
• Perform closing procedures and housekeeping in the warehouse.
