Job summary

Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand and one of the leading electrical distributors, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Material Handler with backup Delivery Driver duties in Ames, IA. You will ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped, receive and store inventory, perform cycle counts, and assist with loading/unloading at customer sites and in our warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Able to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner.
• Receive and store inventory in a safe and correct manner.
• Perform cycle counts regularly.
• Record damaged or defective materials.
• Load and unload materials from trucks safely and efficiently.
