Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. in Billings, MT is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Water Treatment team. This role maintains the branch warehouse, supports Technical Route Sales Representatives, and may perform deliveries, with training provided.

You will handle picking, packing, loading, and shipping according to DOT requirements, perform cycle counts, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and housekeeping standards. Strong communication and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate an industrial forklift.
• Ability to obtain Class B CDL with hazmat, tanker and airbrakes endorsements (training provided).
• Basic computer skills for data entry in inventory using JDE system.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warehouse duties: pick, pack, prepare and ship orders per DOT requirements.
• Load and unload product; inspect and fill chemical containers.
• Perform inspections and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Conduct product rotation, cycle counts and physical inventory; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse and office data; uphold housekeeping standards.
