Job summary

Hörmann in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sales Center Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to manage order fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and safe driving duties at our facility. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and customer service during deliveries and pickups.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, forklift operation if certified, and coordinating with drivers and sales staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and legal right to work.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Lift 50–75 pounds safely throughout the day.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation may be required if certified.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipping or pickup.
• Organize and prioritize shipments for carriers and job sites.
• Unload trucks, inspect items, and match purchase orders to sales orders.
• Load trucks safely and ensure products arrive in good condition.
• Move inventory to designated spaces and maintain an organized environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and wear required safety gear.
• Operate a delivery truck and assist in loading/unloading as needed.
• Communicate delivery coordination with supervisors, sales staff and customers.
