The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and safety, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution warehouse, prioritizing service to contractors and customers.

Position Details

This role involves delivery and warehouse responsibilities. Flexibility and the ability to lift 50-70 lbs are required. We will also help you build your skills and product knowledge to assist at the sales counter as you grow.

Prior experience in the green industry and landscaping is preferred but not required; training is available. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not mandatory. We prioritize the right team fit.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and go the extra mile
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate product information and answer questions
• Conduct price and feature comparisons, cross-sell products
• Ensure racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns
• Coordinate with team for customer service, especially during peak times
• Inform customers about discounts, offers, and new products/services
• Deliver items to various addresses, follow routes and schedules
• Operate delivery vehicle, inspect, load/unload
• Follow safety standards and regulations

Requirements

• Experience in the outdoor supply industry preferred
• Comfortable standing, performing physical tasks, and lifting 50-70 lbs
• Ability to operate a commercial vehicle and make deliveries
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Bonus Points

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors (training available)
• Experience as a customer service or sales associate
• Knowledge of inventory procedures
