Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a customer service-oriented Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver at our fast-paced McKinney, TX location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and safety, with the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic distribution environment, prioritizing service to contractors and customers.

This role involves delivery and warehouse duties, requiring the ability to lift 50-70 lbs. We will also help expand your skills and product knowledge to support sales activities as you grow with us.

Experience in the green industry and landscaping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not mandatory. We value the right team fit above all.

Responsibilities

• Engage actively with customers
• Greet and direct customers
• Deliver a variety of items to different locations following routes and schedules
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
• Inform customers about new products and services
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ensure racks are stocked
• Coordinate with team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and after-sales support
• Answer customer questions about products/services
• Conduct product comparisons to facilitate purchases
• Cross-sell products
• Share customer feedback with the Store Manager
• Stay informed about new products/services

• Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

• Valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clean driving record
