Overview:

Xerox Corporation, an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years, is currently seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support the greater Charlotte, NC area. As a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for loading, securing, delivering, and basic set-up of equipment, while providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime) delivering equipment.

What You Will Do:

• Operate an automatic box truck safely and timely, including daily vehicle inspections
• Follow all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Load, deliver, install, and collect equipment at various customer locations
• Provide basic customer training on copiers, printers, and other office technology equipment
• Perform general technical duties such as connecting equipment to network cables and fax lines
• Assist in other warehouse areas as needed

What You Need to Succeed:

• Valid Driver’s License with a relatively clean driving record
• One or more years of experience driving a 16’–26’ box delivery truck (training provided if needed)
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs., push, pull, or roll copiers on flat ground and inclines
• Basic mechanical understanding preferred
• Ability to use smartphones, tablets, GPS, and Google Maps for navigation
• Experience with Microsoft applications and the Internet
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
