Salary: $18 - $19 DOE per hour

We are seeking a customer service-oriented Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and safety, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment, prioritizing service to contractors and customers.

This role involves both delivery and warehouse duties, requiring the ability to lift 50-70 lbs. We will also develop your skills and product knowledge to assist at the sales counter as you grow. Prior experience in the green industry or landscaping is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers
• Greet and direct customers
• Deliver items to various addresses and routes
• Follow delivery routes and schedules
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
• Inform customers about products and services
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards
• Maintain stocked racks
• Coordinate with team to ensure excellent customer service, especially during peak times
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Answer customer questions and facilitate purchases through comparisons and cross-selling
• Report customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay updated on new products and services
