Job summary

Pittsburgh Air Systems / Air Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Associate in the Pittsburgh area. The role supports our Sheet Metal Warehouse team and ensures high quality service for customers and contractors.

The successful candidate will lift up to 50 lbs, maintain a clean warehouse, and interact with customers on-site. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or approved substitute.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are expected.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a courteous representative of Pittsburgh Air Systems when interacting with customers on job sites, at customer locations, and in the warehouse.
• Provide basic customer service support including placing orders, addressing delays, escalating issues to the appropriate internal team, and answering phones as needed.
• Safely deliver HVAC products throughout Western Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia (no overnight stays required).
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders to ensure timely and correct fulfillment.
• Assist customers with will-call pickups and ensure materials are released accurately and efficiently.
• Process shipping and delivery documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments from suppliers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while adhering to all company policies and safety protocols.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and complete vehicle inspections before each use.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Monitor low stock / fast-moving items, identify obsolete or slow-moving inventory, and alert purchasing team.
• Help optimize delivery routes and verify deliveries are complete before leaving.
• Build strong relationships with customers while positively representing the PAS brand in the field.

We are seeking an individual to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse & Delivery Associate. • Education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Items must be lifted from floor level, shoulder level and overhead
• Good organizational skills
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Regular schedule Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm
• One year of related work experience is preferred
• Forklift certification is plus but not a requirement
