Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a dependable warehouse associate in the United States to manage shipments, inventory, and cost controls. You will ensure timely delivery, perform inspection and counting of goods, and set up customer office hardware and furniture as ordered.

Responsibilities include coordinating inventory with the Branch Manager, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting cost studies for labor and operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and efficient processing.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate delivery of customer shipments using invoices
• Installs/sets-up customer office equipment & furniture
• Receives proper count and physical inspection of merchandise based upon purchase orders received
• Coordinates with Branch Manager to ensure adequate inventory is received and available for prompt customer deliveries
• Prepares warehouse inventory and processes returns
• Oversees proper warehouse maintenance and safekeeping
• Participates in overall development of Division’s Profit Sharing Program/Reporting system. Performance of special cost studies as required (e.g. delivery, Labor sorting)
• Responsible for controlling labor costs

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience
• Degree preferred, but not required in lieu of experience
• Must be computer literate, with a working knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel
• Maintains a valid Driver’s License
• Must be insurable
