Adecco is hiring a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role focuses on productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, and team development.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with warehouse operations experience, a commitment to associate development, and a passion for continuous improvement. Both 2nd and 3rd shifts are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and safety standards.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and inventory control.
• Assign labor and manage workflows to meet daily production and service goals.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of customer orders.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop warehouse associates.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate operational priorities.
• Assign tasks and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable work environment.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety programs.
• Conduct safety observations and audits to identify and eliminate workplace hazards.
• Promote proper equipment usage and safe work practices.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
