Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with two years data entry experience and three+ years shipping/receiving experience desired.
• Proficiency in typing, filing, and basic bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of safe operation and use of hand/power tools desired.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from source documents into computer systems.
• Organize and maintain file system and correspondences.
• Verify data against source documents and update records.
• Manage material delivery verification and documentation of shipments.
• Operate warehouse forklift and other related equipment.
• Assist in coaching and mentoring junior employees.
