Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part-time Warehouse Clerical Support Administrator in Charlotte, NC. You will manage direct-to-customer orders via email and phone, audit systems, and coordinate between teams to ensure order accuracy and timely processing.

The role involves data entry on computers/scanners, creating work assignments for warehouse staff, and handling reports for various control areas. Prior customer service and Office familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications describe endurance and physical requirements (standing/sitting for long periods).
• Environment may be not climate controlled.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, maintain and correct data on a computer or handheld scanning device.
• Create work assignments for warehouse personnel.
• Complete distribution center reports.
• Process records, document data and prepare reports for various control areas of the center.
• Resolve issues concerning vendor appointments, shipment quality, damage and third-party logistics delivery.
