Job summary

Best Buy seeks a Warehouse Clerical Support Administrator to maintain order integrity and support online shopping experiences. You will audit data, research issues, and coordinate between teams using email and phone communications.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and ability to work in non-climate controlled environments. Occasional-seasonal work with focus on data processing, reporting, and coordination with warehouse personnel.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new software programs and work with multiple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, maintain and correct data on a computer or handheld scanning device.
• Create work assignments for warehouse personnel.
• Process records, document data and prepare reports for various control areas of the center.
• Resolve issues concerning vendor appointments, shipment quality, damage and third-party logistics delivery.
• Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
