Job summary

You will gain experience leading process improvement projects, analyzing performance data, and implementing Lean Manufacturing tools in a regulated production environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year is required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related fields.
• GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
• Assist with Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities.
• Help prioritize, track, and execute improvement projects and action plans.
• Support development and implementation of Leader Standard Work practices.
• Participate in Kaizen events and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with Lean Maturity Assessments and benchmarking initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visual management tools.
• Track project metrics and prepare progress updates for leadership.
• Support training, certification, and operational excellence programs.
