Qualifications

• Completion of at least the fourth year of an accredited undergraduate program.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Expected graduation date after July 2028.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher; strong Excel, Power BI/Tableau skills; data analysis capabilities.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen events and Gemba walks.
• Analyze manufacturing metrics: throughput, cycle time, OEE, yield, scrap, defects, downtime, inventory, WIP.
• Assist with line balancing, capacity planning, labor optimization, and production flow improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto, A3, DMAIC.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Minitab, Visio and other tools.
