Job summary

Paxon, part of Bnode, is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy in our Brownsburg, IN warehouse. You will perform cycle counting, verify materials against reports, and support the Warehouse, Production, Engineering and Customer Service teams with material location and movement.

The role requires the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, follow procedures, and work both independently and as part of a team. On-site work with opportunities for development are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach daily and as needed to perform all job functions.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Perform different job functions within the organization's warehouse department.
• Must be able to follow procedures, best practices and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and bin location reports.
• Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.
• Always follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Be able to drive the order picker and other warehouse equipment carefully and safely.
• Always maintain a clean and organized work area
• Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
