• Willingness to learn product details and assist with warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Customer Service: assist walk-in customers with product information and ordering.
• Retail-Style Service: handle transactions and provide a positive in-store experience.
• Inventory Management: maintain inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Receiving and Stocking: verify quantities and stock shelves efficiently.
• Product Knowledge: maintain understanding of products to ensure order accuracy.
• Documentation: keep accurate records of orders and interactions.
• Warehouse Maintenance: keep the warehouse and customer area clean and safe.
• Safety Compliance: follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Cross-Departmental Support: assist other departments to meet branch objectives.
