Job summary

Wilco is hiring a Retail Warehouse Associate to greet customers, load warehouse and yard products, and provide product information. The role involves unloading, stocking, and ensuring a clean warehouse and yard area while operating forklifts and delivery vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining safety standards, and supporting eComm-related tasks. The position requires physical fitness, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Skill to operate a forklift and other facility equipment safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations.
• Skill at product recognition.
• 18 years of age minimum due to forklift operation requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product information to customers on warehouse and yard products.
• Safely carry out load and transport merchandise following policies and procedures.
• Unload, check in, and stock merchandise in warehouse and yard areas.
• Deliver store merchandise to customers and assist with store upkeep.
