Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a customer service-oriented Warehouse Customer Associate at our Odessa location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and safety, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution warehouse, prioritizing service for our contractors and customers.

This role involves delivery and warehouse duties, requiring the ability to lift 50-70 lbs. We will also help build your skills and product knowledge to assist at the sales counter as you grow.

Prior experience in green industry or landscape is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not mandatory. We value the right team fit above all.

Responsibilities

• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Greet and direct customers
• Deliver items to various addresses and routes
• Follow routes and schedules
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles
• Inform customers about products and services
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ensure racks are stocked
• Coordinate with team for excellent customer service
• Provide accurate product and pricing information
• Answer customer questions
• Conduct product comparisons and cross-sell
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay updated on new products/services

• Customer-focused with adaptability
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Basic math skills
• Lift 50-70 lbs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Work well in fast-paced environments

• Valid driver’s license
• Good organizational skills
• Clean driving record
