Warehouse Customer Advocate

Location and Shift: This role is based in Fletcher, NC. The shift starts at 8:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide customer-facing support at the distribution center.
• Assist internal departments with customer-related inquiries and requests.
• Support projects aimed at cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate freight quotes, expedited services, and carrier arrangements.
• Create and distribute ASNs via customer-specific portals and software.
• Arrange carrier pickups and provide tracking and documentation to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and follow-up actions.
• Serve as a process expert to support production teams.
• Manage reports for orders pending invoicing and assist with process documentation.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Analytical mindset, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player, flexible, and motivated to contribute positively.
• Enthusiastic about continuous improvement and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Some college coursework or 2 years of relevant experience. Warehouse environment experience is a plus but not required.
