# **Title:**Warehouse Custodian# **Job Description:****Job Overview**Responsible to keep assigned areas, such as office, commercial, industrial, or institutional building in clean and orderly condition. **Roles & Responsibilities**To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.* Maintains clean work area and complies with company safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stops at risk behavior of others and self.* Prepares finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).* Loads and unloads goods and supplies and ensures proper handling.* Packs, labels and tags the inventory in the warehouse.* Maintains quality in the warehouse and keeps track of all damaged inventory.* Performs preventive maintenance on forklift, truck, and/or railcar.* Moves waste from assembly line to dumpsters.* Completes daily logs.* Carries out all orders of the supervisors and works with fellow workers and other team members.* Uses proper personal protective equipment.* Understands customer service and satisfaction. **Qualification**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Maybe required to be forklift certified.
