Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Warehouse Custodian in Conroe, TX. The role focuses on keeping assigned areas clean and orderly, including office and warehouse spaces, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. You will handle packaging, labeling, and shipping preparation as part of daily duties.

Employees work Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm–8:00 pm, earning $15.00–$16.00 per hour. Benefits are available. No prior experience is required, and training is provided to ensure safe operations and

Job Description:

Job Overview

Responsible to keep assigned areas, such as office, commercial, industrial, or institutional building in clean and orderly condition.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintains clean work area and complies with company safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stops at risk behavior of others and self.
• Prepares finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Loads and unloads goods and supplies and ensures proper handling.
• Packs, labels and tags the inventory in the warehouse.
• Maintains quality in the warehouse and keeps track of all damaged inventory.
• Performs preventive maintenance on forklift, truck, and/or railcar.
• Moves waste from assembly line to dumpsters.
• Completes daily logs.
• Carries out all orders of the supervisors and works with fellow workers and other team members.
• Uses proper personal protective equipment.
• Understands customer service and satisfaction.

Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma / GED. No previous experience is required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements . Maybe required to be forklift certified. Completed all safety and task training certifications.
