Job summary

UPS is seeking a versatile Warehouse Worker / Cover Driver in Nashville. The role blends warehouse duties with occasional driving, offering training and opportunities to rotate between tasks as business needs require.

You will load, unload, and sort packages in a fast-paced warehouse and, when scheduled, safely operate UPS delivery vehicles, delivering excellent customer service while meeting performance standards.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license (no CDL required).
• Satisfactory driving history.
• Pass the DOT physical and UPS driver test.
• Excellent customer contact and driving skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from UPS trailers and vehicles.
• Sort, move, and handle packages in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Report for warehouse shifts when not scheduled as a Cover Driver.
• Safely operate UPS delivery vehicles when assigned.
• Deliver and pick up packages with customer service.
• Work outdoors and at customer locations as needed.
