UPS is hiring a Warehouse Worker / Cover Driver in Dickson, TN. The role combines warehouse duties with occasional driving responsibilities as a Cover Driver, with rotation between roles based on business needs.

You will load/unload, sort packages, and deliver with customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position offers part-time shifts, potential for more hours through cover driving, and a pathway toward a permanent delivery role.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Stamina for a dynamic, outdoor role.
• Valid driver's license, no CDL.
• No disqualifying driving history.
• Pass the DOT physical and UPS driver test.
• Strong customer service and driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload packages from UPS trailers and vehicles.
• Sort and move packages in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Report for warehouse shifts when not scheduled as Cover Driver.
• Operate UPS delivery vehicles safely as a Cover Driver.
• Deliver and pick up packages with excellent customer service.
• Work outdoors and at customer locations as needed.
• Meet UPS driver qualification standards.
