Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Cycle Counter I to perform inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels. You will conduct daily cycle counts, report damages, and compile stock reports to support warehouse operations.

Qualified candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or GED preferred, and English literacy for safety and instruction. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package starting after day 60.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Wave planning experience preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Must read/write English at a level sufficient for job-related tasks and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily location cycle counts and daily local purchase counts.
• Perform daily damage reporting and data sheet entry.
• Perform critical counts/shorts and warehouse out of stocks.
• Compile and submit daily out of stock/ship confirmation reports.
• Verify bill of lading and receiving quantity.
• Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.
