McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Counter in Lakewood, WA. The role supports inventory accuracy through cycle counts, damage reporting, and payload verification within a safety-conscious, team-oriented warehouse environment.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package after eligibility, with a starting pay of $22.75 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform job tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily location cycle counts and daily local purchase counts.
• Perform daily damage reporting and data sheet entry.
• Perform critical counts/shorts and warehouse out of stocks.
• Verify bill of lading and receiving quantity.
• Additional duties or special projects as assigned by supervisor.
