Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage yard operations and oversee daily inventory at our Phoenix area facility. You'll work with drivers, yard staff, production, and dispatch to ensure accurate goods flow and documentation.

Reporting to the Materials Manager, you will conduct cycle counts, coordinate deliveries, assist loading/unloading, and collaborate with purchasing and planning to optimize inventory accuracy and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Warehouse Coordinator is a key position at Jensen Infrastructure. Working primarily in our yard, our warehouse coordinator manages the comings and goings of items at our facility throughout the day. You will monitor and control plant inventory with your organization skills and attention to detail.
Reporting to the Materials Manager, you’ll primarily work with internal and external delivery drivers, yard team, production team, dispatcher and office staff.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries
• Assisting in loading and unloading of deliveries and sorting and marking inventory per established procedures
• Processing and providing necessary paperwork for shipments and confirming accuracy of documents
• Tracking and managing inventory by completing regular cycle counts
• Crossover with purchasing and planning functions
