Job summary

The TECMA Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk to oversee daily warehousing activities, ensure quality and timely handling of goods, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will coordinate receiving, storage, orders, and shipping while upholding safety and service standards.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, proficiency with warehouse software and MS Office, and bilingual Spanish and English abilities to communicate across teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods
• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities
• Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Interface with forward forwarding to answer questions and solve problems
• Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Coordinate activities with other departments.
