Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving and allocating inventory across the Houston warehouse, including windows, doors, and building materials. You will collaborate with Install Partners and crews to ensure daily needs are met and the supply chain runs smoothly.

The role involves lifting 50 lbs+, coordinating with vendors, and managing inventory. A High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related experience are preferred, with construction exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-4 years of related work experience a plus.
• Strong interest in Supply Chain Management.
• Prior inventory management or warehouse experience desirable.
• Exposure to the construction industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project needs with Install Partners, Manufacturers, Vendors, and Production team.
• Unload and load stock: windows, doors, siding material, roofing material.
• Create and sustain working relationships with vendors.
• Inventory and procurement of stock based on territory needs.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ often.
• Utilize pallet jacks to relocate stock as needed throughout Warehouse.
• Attend meetings with Project Services staff.
• Track and coordinate project margins and profitability through data entry and inventory management.
• Ensure all materials meet company standards and determine steps for any defect or quality concern.
• Complete various administrative tasks as needed.
• Other as assigned by Management.
