Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. You will help receive and allocate inventory, coordinate with Install Partners and vendors, and ensure the supply chain runs smoothly to support daily projects.

You will work with windows, doors, and building materials, lift heavy stock, and participate in data entry and inventory management to maximize margins and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of related warehouse/inventory experience is a plus.
• Interest in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• Experience with inventory management or construction industry exposure a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project needs with Install Partners, Manufacturers, Vendors, and Production.
• Unload and load stock including windows, doors, siding, and roofing materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Manage inventory procurement based on territory needs.
• Utilize pallet jacks to move stock within the warehouse.
• Attend meetings with Project Services staff to align on needs.
• Track project margins and profitability via data entry and inventory management.
• Ensure materials meet company standards and address quality concerns.
• Complete administrative tasks as required by Management.
• Other duties as assigned.
