Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in Pearland, TX. You will be part of a team handling inventory, coordinating with Install Partners and vendors, and ensuring supplies are ready for daily projects.

The role requires lifting 50+ lbs, working with pallet jacks, and supporting inventory and procurement needs across the warehouse. Prior experience in a construction-related field is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-4 years of related work experience is a plus.
• Interest in Supply Chain Management and inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare daily project needs with Install Partners, Manufacturers, Vendors, and Production team.
• Unload and load stock: windows, doors, siding material, roofing material, etc.
• Create and sustain relationships with vendors.
• Inventory and procurement of stock based on territory needs.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds often.
• Utilize pallet jacks to relocate stock throughout Warehouse.
• Attend meetings with Project Services staff.
• Track project margins and profitability via data entry and inventory management.
• Ensure materials meet company standards and determine steps for quality/defect handling.
• Complete various administrative tasks as needed.
