Job summary

FinishWorks seeks a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. The role ensures goods are received, stored, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You will assist with inventory control, loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment while supporting other departments as needed.

The position requires basic math, strong computer skills, and the ability to work across functions. Forklift training and license are required after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with picking, packing, shipping, or receiving preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Hazardous-material operations familiarity a plus.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Good math and measurement skills.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment within timeframes.
• Load trailers per bills of lading and organize materials for deliveries.
• Receive materials and route paperwork the same day.
• Replenish warehouse inventory daily.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory-control tasks.
• Review back-order reports and update customers.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Cross-train in other departments and assist with duties.
